Daily checks of stairwells and common areas, pumps, and the heating and cooling systems. Water leak detection. Reported anything damaged or in poor condition to the supervisor. Supervised daily maintenance operations in a beachfront hotel. Basic plumbing, basic electrical work, replacement of lamps, light bulbs and thermostats, drywall, painting, doors, and general room repairs. Preventive maintenance inspections for boilers, cooling towers, and alarm systems.

Deployed this CV website on a self-hosted Debian server using Docker and Nginx, publicly accessible via Cloudflare Tunnel without router access. Configured cloudflared as a systemd service. Set up MariaDB with persistent Docker volumes.
